The free AI review helps you understand the wording of your contract, identify possible concerns and consider proposed changes. It is information to help you prepare, not a legal opinion, a complete legal investigation or confirmation that you should sign. Read the original contract and check every proposed change.
AI and scan reading can make mistakes, omit context and misunderstand a document. Laws change, our research library is selective, and not every jurisdiction or legal issue is covered. A source citation is not a guarantee that a rule is current or applies to you. An unchanged clause is not an approval. Results may differ between reviews. Seek a qualified lawyer for decisions, deadlines and important commitments.
You must be at least 18, have authority to upload the document and share any personal or confidential information in it, and provide accurate context. Do not upload material you are prohibited from disclosing. Keep your sign-in methods secure. You retain your rights in the document and permit us and our service providers to process it to deliver, secure and support your review.
Uploading a contract, receiving an AI result or requesting an expert does not by itself create a lawyer-client engagement or establish legal privilege. We first confirm availability, conflicts, scope and any engagement requirements. Existing engagements remain governed by their agreed terms. Do not use this service for urgent deadlines.
The AI first pass is free within the displayed allowance. Asking for an expert does not charge you. We provide the proposed scope, fee and currency before you accept. Payment arrangements, timing, cancellation and any refund terms must be confirmed in the engagement before paid work starts. No automatic payment is taken by the review feature. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
New free reviews are scheduled for removal after 90 days. You can download a copy and request earlier deletion through the review’s privacy controls. Deletion requests are checked for active work and record-keeping obligations. Reviews involved in expert work, disputes or a documented legal hold are retained separately while needed; contact us for the reason and next review date. These periods do not automatically delete your client account or other matters.
The normal free allowance is two contracts in any 24 hours and five in any seven days across account, browser and network. Shared devices or networks may share a limit. Do not bypass limits, access someone else’s records or interfere with the service. We may pause processing to address abuse, provider capacity or security problems. Saved results and your statutory rights are not promises of uninterrupted availability.
Contact Legal Way Group through the contact details on our website about a review, complaint, privacy request or these terms. Material changes require a new acceptance before a new review. We record the version accepted. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded; applicable mandatory laws and any separately agreed engagement terms continue to apply.
